Global Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at DCS Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts of the zone assigned with the help of our business development team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be a team player, and have a flair for travel. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and analytics are also essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship and Account Management: Connect and engage with independent properties, source out and onboard new properties, and provide expertise to drive sustainable performance.
- Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: Grow net revenue by producing business plans, ensuring rate competitiveness, and executing market site visits.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish supplier relationships, train partners on our extranet, review monthly reports, and build MIS & market intelligence reports.
- Negotiation: Strategize to market properties effectively, network, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
Requirements:
- Graduation or MBA degree
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management and B2B Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Analytics bend of mind and good presentation skills
Salary Range: Upto 16k CTC (Estimated salary based on location and industry standards)
