Procurement Expert and Contract Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Expert with exceptional contract management skills to lead our IT procurement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and managing complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Procurement Expertise: 7+ years of experience in drafting and managing IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Experience in monitoring compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • RFP Development: Skilled in defining RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale IT projects.
  • Contract Oversight: Oversight of contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets.
  • Supplier Management: Monitoring contractual compliance of system integrators and third-party supplier agreements.
  • Procurement Alignment: Proficient in aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs.
  • Risk Assessment: Experienced in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT procurement, contract management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT procurement and contract management.
