Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive business growth for SukrthiRecruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers, screening and recruiting sales employees, and collaborating with the marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience. Additionally, the Sales Officer will need to maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
