Sales and Business Development Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team at CIEL HR Services.
Job Summary:
The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the leather and stationery product categories. The role includes managing relationships with customers, expanding the client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
Identify potential customers for leather and stationery products through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by creating effective sales strategies and executing them.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our leather and stationery products.Client Relationship Management:
Respond to customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
Handle client concerns or complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and manage long-term client relationships to drive sales growth.Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand trends in the leather and stationery products industry.
Monitor customer preferences and stay updated on new product trends and developments to inform sales strategies.Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis, market trends, and projections to inform business decisions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Promotions and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, special offers, and product launches to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our leather and stationery products and build relationships with key clients and partners.
Must have a driving license and willingness to travel 100% of the time.
Language: Tamil (Fluency), English (Able to speak)
Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
