Job Title: Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Wahl Clipper Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and development targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
