The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by promoting our HR and L&D services to corporate clients and educational institutions, as well as selling courses to students and working professionals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: The Business Development Professional will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Identify and Prioritize Potential Clients: The ideal candidate will identify and prioritize potential clients in the corporate and educational sectors.
  3. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: The Business Development Professional will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  4. Conduct Market Research: The candidate will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Pitch HR and L&D Services: The Business Development Professional will pitch our HR and L&D services to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing Team: The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  7. Customize Training Programs: The Business Development Professional will customize our training programs and courses to meet the specific needs of clients and target audiences.
  8. Conduct Presentations: The candidate will conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to prospective clients.
  9. Negotiate Contracts: The Business Development Professional will negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  10. Provide Regular Reports: The ideal candidate will provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven Track Record: The Business Development Professional will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to Understand Client Needs: The Business Development Professional will have the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  5. Knowledge of HR and L&D Industry: The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the HR and L&D industry and familiarity with corporate training programs and educational courses.
  6. Excellent Organizational Skills: The Business Development Professional will have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  7. Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented in their approach.
  8. Will to Travel: The Business Development Professional will be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
