About the Job:


As a key member of our team at Futures And Careers, you will be responsible for handling sales queries from customers, developing business in assigned areas, and ensuring timely order coordination.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handling sales queries from customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Driving business development in assigned areas to meet sales targets
  • Coordinating pre- and post-order activities to ensure smooth customer experiences
  • Achieving sales targets by fostering strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leading juniors and contributing to a positive team environment
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication throughout the sales process
  • Employing consultative selling techniques to meet customer needs
  • Ensuring 100% market coverage through proactive engagement with architects and consultants
  • Providing regular, detailed reports to management on sales performance and progress

Requirements:


Applicants should possess a strong understanding of the lifts and elevators industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
