We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals with a passion for real estate. This field-based role requires individuals who are determined to achieve sales targets, driven to succeed, and possess the ability to effectively communicate with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate calls to potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable real estate projects.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and enhance repeat business.
  • Perform cold calls, engage in client networking, and generate leads through references.
  • Conduct project presentations to clients, highlighting the unique features of properties.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on property benefits, specifications, and payment plans to support decision-making.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing property features and amenities.
  • Assist clients during site visits, addressing questions and providing insights to help them make informed decisions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups to ensure 100% achievement of targets.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Customer-focused and ability to provide personalized solutions. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • At least a two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits; fuel reimbursement will be provided.
