Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing them with best-in-class services
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our air compressor products
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team
