Position: Procurement Analyst
Location: Remote Opportunity
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and compliance for partners and vendors
- Liaise with finance for order compliance and processing
- Release RFQs and create cost analysis
- Ensure contract compliance with legal and coordinate with partners
- Due diligence and audit trail for all orders
- Prepare procurement reports
- Manage global e-commerce purchases
- IT and non-IT requirements management
- Vendor classification and development
- Ensure compliance with laws
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs
- Exercise good judgment in agreements and purchase orders
- Closely work with internal AP teams
- Rotational shifts for APAC and US Central time zones
Experience:
- 1+ years of procurement experience
- Sourcing and procurement techniques knowledge
- Excel and e-procurement tools knowledge
- Decision-making and working with numbers aptitude
- RFP, RFI, and RFQ generation experience
- Good communication and writing skills
