Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting timesheet data and payroll information, entering it into databases and software programs, calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions.
  • You will also prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits, maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, and respond to payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
Main Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Collecting timesheet data, entering payroll information, calculating wages, and preparing paychecks.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Communication: Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Reconciliation: Performing payroll reconciliations and preparing financial reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Lodging income tax returns and filing e-TDS returns.
  • Year-End Activities: Managing termination payments, calculating annual leave and long service leave, and preparing periodic payroll reports.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
