The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including modifications of applications, forms, workflows, and interfaces. They will also be responsible for developing and configuring business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and other core concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment
  • Develop and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and other core concepts
  • Develop and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, ACLs, transform maps, and other core concepts
  • Develop use-case scenarios for testing
  • Assist with analyzing and converting business requirements to system requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to design testing strategies for development, QA, and UAT environments
  • Experience with full suite of ITSM modules, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Case Management, Service Portal
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience working with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, HTML, XML, Angular, and advanced scripting capabilities
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in understanding end-to-end deployment process
Requirements
  • 6+ years' relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven technical leadership
  • Strong understanding and knowledge in ITIL processes
  • ServiceNow Developer Certifications preferably CSA, CAD
