Job Title:

Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations function to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and manage relationships with clients to grow and nurture existing partnerships.
  • Manage a team of resources, set goals, and implement strategies from executives and clients on a daily basis.
  • Maintain an agreed governance model, escalation plan, and communication protocol.
  • Ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.
  • Provide training to new staff on processes and corporate policies.
  • Implement a buddy system to minimize disruptions during annual leave, sick leave, or study leave.
  • Monitor and document staff work schedules and absences.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY GROWING AND NURTURING EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE OPERATIONAL COHESION & EFFECTIVE FOUNDATION FOR FUTURE GROWTH.
  • Take weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand expectations and provide updates.
  • CLOSE AUDIT RELATED ISSUES PROMPTLY.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in processes.
  • Coach and mentor team leads and associate managers to improve their management skills.
  • Hiring, training, inductions, employee satisfaction scores, performance appraisals, and attrition management.
  • Follow up on internal customer/external queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned business inquiries.
  • Work in sync with other site leads and managers to create uniform processes.
  • Contribute towards hiring and assist with interviewing processes.
  • Support the achievement of company strategic and operational objectives.
  • Monitor and manage operational costs.
