Are you ready to drive transformative change?
Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Procure to Pay (P2P) operations for a strategic client in the US Semiconductor industry. In this role, you will oversee and manage end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring delivery of high-quality services across purchase requisitioning, purchase order management, invoice processing, vendor master management, payments, and employee expense reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • • Lead a team of 10 P2P professionals responsible for executing daily operational tasks.
    • Ensure accurate and timely execution of all P2P transactions in line with agreed SLAs.
    • Oversee issue resolution, exceptions, and escalation management related to vendor payments and invoices.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all P2P-related matters.
    • Lead client calls, governance meetings, and ensure proactive communication on operational performance, risk areas, and process changes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including procurement, accounts payable, and finance teams.
    • Drive team accountability and performance management in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
    • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.
    • Prepare and present periodic performance reports and dashboards to internal and client leadership.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate P2P processes, reduce cycle times, and improve controls.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Relevant years in P2P or AP domain with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Experience working in a shared services/BPO environment, preferably serving US-based clients.
    • Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems experience in ERP transitions is a strong advantage.
    • Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P cycle and related compliance, internal controls, and reporting.
    • Proven track record in client management, team leadership, and performance improvement.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
