Procurement Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Transformation Leader to join our organization. This critical role is responsible for driving the successful execution of special projects and enabling an enterprise-wide procurement strategic roadmap.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement, project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will enable a structured, agile, and harmonized approach to delivering cross-functional initiatives, focusing on talent, process excellence, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making.

This leadership role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives within the Procurement strategic roadmap. You will provide clear visibility to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones, and maintain a suite of agile-based project management tools and methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of strategic programs to drive procurement transformation and improve business outcomes.
  • Portfolio & Investment Prioritization: Consolidate and evaluate programs and strategic investments, facilitating regular prioritization discussions with senior leaders.
  • Special Projects Leadership: Lead complex, high-impact special projects spanning innovation, ESG, and operational transformation.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Progressive experience in procurement, strategic program management, transformation, or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and managing complex project portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of procurement operating models, strategic sourcing, and enabling technologies.
  • Prior experience in driving procurement transformation, with a proven ability to apply agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at a senior leadership level.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification is preferred.
  • Experience with M&A integration activities and digital procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) is a strong plus.
