Procurement Specialist Position

  • We seek a seasoned procurement specialist to spearhead the design, implementation and support of supplier relationship management solutions that align with our procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our ideal candidate will analyze business requirements related to procurement and translate them into effective SAP SRM solutions.
  • They will configure and customize SAP SRM modules including Supplier Self-Service, Sourcing, Procurement and Contract Management to meet our business needs.
  • The selected candidate will integrate SAP SRM with SAP ERP (MM, FI) and external supplier systems.
  • They will participate in end-to-end implementation activities: blueprinting, system configuration, functional specification, testing, training and support.
  • Our chosen professional will perform SRM-MDM catalog integration, vendor management setup and workflow configuration.
  • They will handle issue resolution, incident management and change requests in support and enhancement projects.
  • Our successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, IT and finance to improve system efficiency and compliance.
  • They will prepare documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Our selected individual will train end-users and provide post-go-live support.

">Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SRM module implementation and support.
  • A strong understanding of procurement processes, RFx, e-sourcing, contracts and supplier enablement.
  • Experience in SAP ECC integration (MM, FI) and SRM workflow configuration.
  • A good knowledge of classic and extended classic deployment scenarios.
  • Experience with SRM UI and portal integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • The ability to write functional specs and work with ABAP developers.

Preferred skills include exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or Ariba, experience with SRM-MDM catalog and NetWeaver Portal, an understanding of business rules framework (BRF+) and SAP certification in SRM.
