Job Title: Executive Support Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to oversee the day-to-day administration of our office.

This role involves managing various tasks such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and coordinating office events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing excellent support to our team members.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative roles, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office administration tasks
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and databases
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications
  • Coordinate office events, team activities, and corporate meetings
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records
  • Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
