Quality System Configuration Specialist –


The Quality System Configuration Specialist will assist system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system support to users of the EtQ Reliance application via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and work with them to solve the issues, as well as software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform several system administration duties, such as updating website information content and system data changes.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assist with software validation and change control activities.
  • Assist with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Assist with the development of training materials.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization skills, and be passionate about their work and helping others succeed as a team player. Additionally, they should have experience in system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause, as well as being an experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SQL experience is required, along with past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript), and SharePoint experience is highly desirable.
