Job Title: Application Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, document and execute test procedures in JIRA and Zephyr (test case management).
  • Coordinates preparation and completion of project deliverables, testing of product requirements, manages production support issues.
  • Coordinates activities concerned with technical tasks, integration testing, device and version compatibility.
  • Provides task status and progress reports to project team, and project team leaders.
  • Interfaces with software developers, project management, quality, product management, business analysts, support, and others to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Must have C# experience.
  • Must have Mobile and Web testing experience.
Requirements:
  • Certification or degree in Software Development or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of success in Quality Assurance role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
