Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing or potential customers, responding to their queries and concerns, providing information or solutions to meet their needs, and building and maintaining long-term relationships with them.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to resolve customer complaints, and a keen eye for detail. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product or service information to customers and address any objections they may have.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and proactive issue resolution.
