Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp and dynamic professional with strong business acumen who can not only engage customers but also identify growth opportunities. This role is a blend of customer success, enterprise engagement, and process execution, making it crucial to our growth and customer retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for cross-sell/upsell (e.g., offering physiotherapy sessions with a hospital bed rental).
- Build relationships with enterprise clients and draft professional communications (emails, proposals, reports).
- Work with the automation and operations team to initiate, monitor, and streamline processes.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and projects, maintaining accountability.
- Gather customer insights and use them to enhance retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Take ownership of initiatives to maximize revenue from the existing customer base.
- Act as a bridge between customer expectations and internal team execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer success, business development, enterprise accounts, or operations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer relationship skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRM, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
- A quick learner, proactive, and adaptable to new processes and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with discipline and timeliness.
