Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of transformative customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Business Applications, with deep expertise in implementing Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

This role is ideal for professionals who can collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to modernize CRM processes, enhance customer experiences, and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions in line with Microsoft's best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Lead discovery workshops to capture and analyze business requirements.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Configure Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
  • Governance & Standards: Prepare solution design documents, functional specs, and process flows. Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and ALM best practices.
  • Enablement & Adoption: Lead UAT, end-user training, and change enablement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations.
  • Proven expertise across multiple CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Experience with security roles, business process flows, and compliance frameworks.
