We are seeking a seasoned sales expert to lead our high-end real estate efforts, leveraging their exceptional communication skills and market knowledge to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Process Management: Coordinate the entire sales process, from initial consultation to transaction closure, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Luxury Property Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase premium properties, driving interest and converting leads into sales.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize systematic outreach techniques, including cold calling, referrals, and networking, to generate high-quality leads and expand the client base.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide detailed reports on market conditions, pricing, and competition, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the organization's overall revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Luxury Real Estate Sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and real estate-specific tools.
