Business Development Executive
About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial space projects in Mumbai and Pune.
- The ideal candidate will have an established network of brokers, designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers.
- You will be responsible for conducting on-site meetings, pitching tailored design solutions, and leading negotiations from inquiry to contract closure.
- Your primary focus will be managing the complete sales cycle independently-prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- You must stay up-to-date with commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- As a high-achieving sales professional, you will consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Qualifications:
- A strong and active network of brokers in Mumbai and Pune for commercial projects.
- A proven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervision.
