Senior Business Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial interior designing firm, you will be responsible for acquiring and converting commercial space projects through a strong broker network, direct client engagement, and high-value deal negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage an active broker network in Mumbai and Pune to source high-potential commercial space project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial interior designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular on-site meetings, pitch tailored design solutions, and lead negotiations from inquiry to contract closure.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle independently - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Track commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with full accountability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An established and active broker network in Mumbai and Pune for commercial projects.
  • A proven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisition.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervision.
