This exciting opportunity involves working closely with referral partners to onboard, engage and motivate them to generate leads.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement: Use structured outreach methods such as calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp to identify, pitch and onboard relevant referral partners.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of partners. Build trust, resolve queries and provide regular updates to ensure ongoing motivation and lead generation.
  • Lead Entry & Attribution: Ensure all leads from your partners are accurately entered into the CRM on time, with proper tagging and partner attribution.
  • Funnel Monitoring: Track the journey of leads sourced through your partners — from entry to activation and empanelment. Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.
  • CRM Data Ownership: Keep your partner and lead records up-to-date with proper tagging, contact information and funnel stage data.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with your active partners. Capture feedback, identify best practices and share insights with the internal team.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships
  • Proven ability to handle cold outreach and develop strong partnerships
