HR Executive in Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and managing employee records.

This is a full-time role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. If you have experience working in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least 2 years of experience in HR. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
