Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing human capital strategies and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Handling personnel management, including performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
  • Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and employee relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Preferably with a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
