Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support human resources activities, and ensure seamless office functioning.
About the Role- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding candidates efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications effectively.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management, addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance tasks.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications professionally.
- Provide administrative support for basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams for administrative requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in office administration and multitasking.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is beneficial.
