Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • HR Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management and employee engagement activities, including training sessions, appraisals, and communications.
Office Administration Tasks:
  • Workflow Coordination: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Vendor Management: Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Front-Desk Operations: Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications.
  • Financial Administration: Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in office administration, and multitasking abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Basic accounting knowledge is preferred, and experience in the IT industry is a plus.
