We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administration professional to manage daily operations, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
- HR Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
- Performance Management: Support performance management and employee engagement activities, including training sessions, appraisals, and communications.
- Workflow Coordination: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Vendor Management: Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Front-Desk Operations: Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications.
- Financial Administration: Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
- Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Skill Set: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in office administration, and multitasking abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications: Basic accounting knowledge is preferred, and experience in the IT industry is a plus.
