- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates and department throughout the recruitment process.
- Responsible for onboarding process.
- Maintain inventory, track and update records, procure office infrastructure, and manage vendors.
- Create and update databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Handle petty cash and document financial transactions.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
