Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:- Manage employee documentation, including new hire forms, benefits enrollment, and personnel files in a centralized system.
- Process benefits updates and open enrollment changes efficiently.
- Source and screen candidates from multiple platforms and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Collect and validate new hire information and required documentation for smooth onboarding.
- Prepare welcome kits and facilitate new hire orientation, communicating company policies and procedures clearly.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and remote work requests effectively.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation and facility-related needs.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and serve as a point of contact with local authorities when required.
- Ensure office space maintenance and employee safety compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in HR and/or operations support. You must also possess strong organizational and data management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
