Manager – Legal and Compliance

">Job Description

The role of a contract reviewer and legal assistant is crucial in ensuring that our organization's contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

As a member of the team, you will work closely with senior legal counsel and other departments to safeguard the company's legal interests and maintain required compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, drafting and negotiating agreements, developing standard contract templates and processes, and working closely with business teams to ensure smooth operations.

Additionally, you will monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements across various jurisdictions, conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments, and support the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.

You will also provide advice and recommendations on legal risks and compliance matters to internal stakeholders, assist in preparing legal opinions and reports, and handle general legal administrative tasks including maintaining contract databases and records.
