About Human Resources
This role oversees the day-to-day administration of our operations ensuring seamless integration of all aspects of employee management.
Responsibilities:- Recruit, manage and retain plant employees to achieve operational goals
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure adherence to leave policies
- Process payroll and salary administration efficiently
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordinate government inspections and audits effectively
- Oversee employee relations, health and wellness initiatives
- Manage workforce administration, database maintenance and life cycle management
- Address employee queries, grievances and contract labor issues promptly
- Supervise general administration, unit upkeep and maintenance activities
- Ensure workplace policies and practices are adhered to
Requirements:
A postgraduate degree in a related field such as human resources or business administration is highly desirable. Relevant work experience is also considered an asset.
