Role: HR & Office Admin (On-Site, Mysore)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Admin to manage daily operations, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning. Responsibilities HR Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.

Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications.

Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Proficiency in office administration and multitasking.

Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
