Role: HR & Office Admin (On-Site, Mysore)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Admin to manage daily operations, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications.
  • Address employee queries and act as a bridge between staff and management.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications.
  • Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in office administration and multitasking.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
