Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

">

Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a smooth workflow.

Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

">

Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications.

">

Additional Tasks:

Support basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.

Proficiency in office administration and multitasking is essential.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field is required.

Experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
