Role: HR & Office Admin (On-Site, Mysore)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Admin to manage daily operations, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications.
- Address employee queries and act as a bridge between staff and management.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications.
- Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in office administration and multitasking.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
