Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR and Administrative professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, guaranteeing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to performance management initiatives, fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
  • Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and internal communications, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk interactions, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet administrative requirements, promoting a cohesive and supportive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in office administration, multitasking, and time management.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience in the IT industry is highly valued, but not required.
