Salary : Upto 30k Per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Time Commitment: 8 hours per day (Daytime)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to our Founder. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and coordinate the Founder's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

·       Handle travel planning, logistics, and calendar management with accuracy and discretion.

·       Act as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal/external teams and clients.

·       Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other key documents.

·       Coordinate and oversee special projects and company events as needed.

·       Maintain and manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

·       Prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities.

What We're Looking For:

·       Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (preferred).

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·       High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

·       Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and calendar management apps.
