
HR Generalist Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to support and manage various human resources functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and managing onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires
- HR Operations & Generalist Tasks
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS databases
- Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communication
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
- Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations
- Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture
- Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale
- Internal Communication & PR
- Help manage the company's internal communication channels
- Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives
- Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools
- Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized
- Willingness to work the required shift
