Job Title:

Human Resources Intern Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support daily HR operations, such as maintaining employee records and handling queries.
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Draft emails, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure task completion.
  • Provide general administrative and personal assistance to management.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential for success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools is necessary.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism is vital.
  • A 6-month internship commitment is required (students not eligible).
