Job Title: IT Support Executive

The main objective of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to our users. This includes responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for users of client software by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or requests.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
  • Use the IT Service Management system to review and respond to requests for support.
  • Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources or vendors.
  • Interact with end-users to understand issues from a business perspective.
  • Work with end-users to reproduce reported issues in test environments and report those issues to the development team or application vendor.
  • Maintain existing custom software, including end-user support.
  • Monitor performance of applications after implementation.
  • Communicate status and issues to supervisor.

Service Desk Troubleshooting and Support Services:

  • Password resets.
  • Add/Remove O365 licenses.
  • Fix broken mapped network drives.
  • Add/remove PC user (Local/Domain).
  • Operating systems.
  • Add printers (Local and Networked)
  • Install client-side software.
  • Troubleshoot client-side network connection
  • Office 365 troubleshooting
  • Setup email on mobile devices.
  • Adding, updating, and maintaining client run book service information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Years of Experience: 1-2 years.
  • Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field.
