Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a skilled Human Resources Engagement Specialist to oversee and enhance the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. This key role involves conducting regular connects, utilizing HR analytics, and providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

As a strategic partner, you will foster engagement, create transparent communication channels, and drive initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured 15:30:60-day and 1:1 connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and optimize onboarding.
  • Design, implement, and manage engagement programs to promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and execute the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including manager recognition celebrations and initiatives that promote team collaboration.
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce.
  • Generate and present regular reports on engagement metrics, attrition trends, and employee feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Design and administer employee surveys (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse surveys, exit feedback).
  • Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
  • Recommend and implement changes based on survey outcomes to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Foster clear and transparent communication with employees across all levels.
  • Drive Slack implementation and ensure it is utilized effectively as a platform for engagement, updates, and collaboration.
  • Share regular updates and information with employees to build trust and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS tools, or data visualization platforms.
