Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team full-time.

This role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in short-term vacation rentals who can develop and execute revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of U.S.-based properties.

The successful candidate will use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData, PriceLabs, and other dynamic pricing platforms.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potentials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance property performance and alignment.
  • Present clear, data-backed recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
