Job Title: Chief Imagination Officer

This role is ideal for a highly imaginative thinker with a unique ability to blend creativity and strategy seamlessly.

The Chief Imagination Officer will be responsible for planning, ideating and managing key social media accounts, monitoring engagement and deriving insights from data.

The ideal candidate should have up to 3 years of full-time agency experience, possess excellent communication skills and be able to think on their feet.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop imaginative concepts that align with the brand's vision, considering market dynamics, customer insights and business objectives.
  • Drive engagement across platforms through effective social media strategies.
  • Oversee planning, ideation and process reforms across internal teams and clients.
  • Create content calendars, plan execution and deliver presentations.
  • Analyze and optimize reports on social performance and trends.

You'll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team working closely together to manage client deliverables in a challenging environment driven by deadlines.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
