Product Visionary Leader

As a seasoned product expert, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our platform. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and own the end-to-end product vision aligned with business goals and market trends in alternative investments.
  2. Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans.
  3. Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  4. Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate.
  5. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
  • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
