Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Core Metrics: Develop analyses and experiments that drive metrics such as match quality, time-to-hire, candidate experience, and revenue.
  2. Define Key Metrics: Define key metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  3. Run A/B Tests: Design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments, turning results into product decisions within the week.
  4. Build Dashboards: Build source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models to enable self-service insights for teams.
  5. Instrument Events: Instrument events with engineers to improve data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
  6. Prototype Models: Prototype quick models to enhance matching and scoring.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data science/analytics or similar; BS/BA in a quantitative field (or equivalent work).
  • Strong SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills; proficiency in Python for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, PMs, and leadership, turning analysis into action.
