About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Chief Administrative Coordinator to manage daily operations, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications.
- Address employee queries and serve as a liaison between staff and management.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications efficiently.
- Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and multitasking.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
