About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Chief Administrative Coordinator to manage daily operations, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and HR-related communications.
  • Address employee queries and serve as a liaison between staff and management.
Administrative Support Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk communications efficiently.
  • Support basic accounting tasks: expense tracking, petty cash, and bill payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and multitasking.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
