Job Title: HR & Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assume the role of HR & Admin Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an administrative environment and wants to contribute to a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development & Administration:
    • Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures related to human resources and administration.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external statutory requirements.
  • Compliance & Safety Management:
    • Monitor and maintain labor law compliance, as well as audit readiness.
    • Implement fire safety protocols and conduct regular checks.
    • Coordinate with external consultants for regulatory audits and certifications.
  • Office Operations & Administration:
    • Manage daily office operations, including vendor coordination and AMC renewals.
    • Oversee maintenance of office assets, facilities, and utilities.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Audit & Documentation Management:
    • Maintain accurate records and reports for internal audits and statutory inspections.
    • Prepare compliance checklists and monthly reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with ISO, safety audits, or OSHA standards.
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms and digital documentation tools.
